Edward Lee Fisher

Edward Lee Fisher, 52, of Dundee, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. He was born in Ryan on June 20, 1965, the son of Richard Sr. and Deloris (Peyton) Fisher.

Ed graduated from West Delaware High School and served honorably for four years in the United States Air Force. He then returned to the Manchester area, working as a welder at Henderson Manufacturing in Manchester for more than 24 years. In 1998, Ed married Teena Peyton. The couple later divorced.

Ed enjoyed working on vehicles and driving around in the mud. He especially loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his three children, Amber Ford of Manchester, Bret (Jodee Brown) Fisher of Dundee, and Lindsay (Keenan McQuillen) Fisher of Dundee; three grandchildren, Anabelle Fisher, Jaiden Peyton, and Lillian Peyton; his father, Richard Fisher Sr. of Edgewood; three brothers, Donald Fisher, Dick (April) Fisher, and Bill (Candy Legan) Fisher, all of Manchester; and one sister, Jessica Peyton of Masonville.

Ed was preceded in death by his mother.
