Betty Lou Fuller, 93, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2019, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester. She was born on March 19, 1926, in Garber, the daughter of Japen and Dora (Feidt) Hansel. Betty attended school in Clayton and Delaware counties.
On January 25, 1943, Betty was united in marriage to Roger William Fuller, in Kahoka, Missouri. After Roger returned home from serving in the United States Army during WWII, the couple resided in Manchester. In 1963, the family moved to their farm northwest of Manchester. Roger passed away in 2004. Betty then resided in Manchester.
Betty was a longtime member of Cornerstone Community Church. She liked crocheting, reading, and doing crafts. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.
Survivors include her three daughters, Trudy Ellen (Jerry) Moon of Austin, Texas, Shirley Lee (Tim) McGuire of Ankeny, and Pamela Mae (George) Tegeler of Elkader; ten grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; one step-grandchild; six step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roger Fuller; her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Janice Fuller; one granddaughter, Muriah Tegeler; and her 11 siblings.
