Cindy Lou Long, 60, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester. She was born on March 3, 1959, in Maquoketa, the daughter of Frederick and Elsie (Fraizer) Miller. Cindy attended Maquoketa Valley schools and later West Delaware High School.
Cindy was married to Neal Minor. The couple was later divorced. Cindy then was united in marriage to Paul Long. Cindy was a homemaker. She enjoyed doing crafts and playing bingo with her sisters. Cindy loved animals and especially loved spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were very special to her.
Survivors include her four children, Stephanie Miller of Manchester, Brandon Minor of Dubuque, Jeremy Minor-Olson of Manchester, and Steven Minor of Waterloo; one step-son, Anthony Long; five grandchildren; her seven siblings, Robert Miller, Sandra (Richard) Bemer, Randy (Tracy) Miller, Debra Reth, and Gary Miller (special friend, Tammy) all of Manchester, Diane (Richey) Iseton of Oskaloosa, and Connie Miller of Cedar Rapids; and many nieces and nephews.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Paul Long.
