Lee Gerald Prindle

Lee Gerald Prindle, 47, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2019, at the V.A. Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa.  He was born on April 10, 1972, in Manchester, the son of LeRoy and Delpha (Cole) Prindle. Lee grew up in Manchester and was a graduate of West Delaware High School.  He served honorably with the United States Naval Reserve.

Lee lived in Delaware County for his entire life. He was a construction worker and also worked at S and R Manufacturing. Lee most recently did tree trimming. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, rock climbing, and trapping with Ted.

Survivors include his mother, Delpha (Jamie) Ostrander of Manchester; his two daughters, Jordan (Tom) Steinlage of Hawkeye and Emmalee Prindle of Cedar Rapids; three stepdaughters, Rachael Pritchard of Cedar Rapids, Renee Pritchard of Marion, and Kayla Pritchard of Earlville; one grandson, Owen, with another grandchild on the way; and six step-grandchildren.

Lee was preceded in death by his father, LeRoy Prindle; his maternal and paternal grandparents; and his longtime companion, Julie Pritchard.
