Pamela Joyce Moser, 68, of Waterloo, Iowa, formerly of Manchester, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at Ravenwood Nursing Home in Waterloo. She was born on July 9, 1950, in Manchester, the daughter of Orland and Joyce (Locke) Frasher. Pam was a graduate of Manchester High School.

Pam was married to Art Moser. Together they resided in Manchester. Art later died. Pam remained in Manchester. Pam worked as a CNA in local nursing homes and also worked in restaurants.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Art Moser; and three brothers, Thomas Frasher, and Kevin and Peter, in infancy.
