Theresa Ann Conner

Theresa Ann Conner, 46, of Greeley, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester, surrounded by her family.  She was born on January 8, 1973, in Manchester, the daughter of Larry and Annabelle “Annie” (Menge) Conner.  Theresa graduated from West Delaware High School in 1994.

Theresa was very special to her family and friends.  She had a lifelong multiple seizure disorder which required many caregivers to come into her life.  Theresa, with the help of her parents, was one of the first recipients of the Katie Beckett waiver, which enabled Theresa to live her life in her home with her family. Theresa enjoyed playing ball with everyone, especially her nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her mother, Annie Conner of Greeley; her three siblings, Burdette (Bev) Conner of Edgewood, Brenda (Robert) Phelan of Greeley, and Bobbi (Curt) Troester of Marion; several nieces and nephews; several aunts; and many wonderful caregivers, friends, and extended family.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Larry; a nephew, Payton; and both maternal and paternal grandparents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greeley First Responders or the Edgewood Ambulance.
