William Charles Fisher

William Charles Fisher, 45, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.  He was born on December 8, 1972, in Iowa City, the son of Richard, Sr., and Deloris (Peyton) Fisher. Bill was raised in the Manchester area and graduated from West Delaware High School. 

Bill enjoyed working on trucks.  For the past three years he worked at Oakland Cemetery in Manchester.

Survivors include his four children, Damian Fisher of Strawberry Point, Destiny Fisher and Braxton Fisher of Cedar Rapids, and Kelly Mangold of Manchester; his father, Richard Fisher, Sr. of Edgewood; two brothers, Donald Fisher and Dick (April) Fisher both of Manchester; one sister, Jessica Peyton of Masonville; and his special friend, Candy Legan of Manchester.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Deloris Fisher; and one brother, Edward Fisher.
