Casey Klein, age 31, of Marion, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The son of Christopher and Carolyn (Meyer) Klein, he was born on August 22, 1994, in Manchester. Casey was a 2013 graduate of West Delaware High School.
Casey began his guitar playing at age 9. He was a musician known for his double-neck guitar, his high-energy performances, and ability to build songs live using his guitar pedal, earning him the title of “One Man Jam Machine”.
On August 1, 2020, Casey married Kennedy Fowler on the Mississippi River in Dubuque. Together they built a beautiful family with their two children. When he wasn’t playing music, Casey enjoyed spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing, biking, and playing mini golf with his son, Tato. He also enjoyed a good cold brew (large, 5 caramel, 5 cream) from Dunkin and his zoo of pets. Most of all, Casey loved spending time with his wife and boys.
Survivors include his wife, Kennedy; children, Liam Frana and Christopher “Tato” Klein; parents, Christopher and Carolyn Klein; sister, Courtney Klein; grandparents, Nanci Klein, and Gerald and Patty Meyer; and a loving extended family.
Casey was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gerald Klein.
