Darin Keith Heldt

Darin Keith Heldt, 69, of Strawberry Point, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026, at the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home in Strawberry Point. He was born on September 6, 1957, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Evan and Francis (Lewis) Heldt. He attended Cedar Rapids Prairie High School. After high school he served honorably in the United States Navy.

Darin is survived by his two children Christy Heldt and Jeremy Heldt; and siblings Dennis (Theresa) Heldt, Steven Heldt, and Janice (Edward Garcia) Heldt.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister Sue Heldt.
