Jerry Laverne Ingles, 77, of Greeley, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at his home. Jerry was born on June 26, 1946, in Greeley, the son of Donald “Butch” and Mildred (Tindell) Ingles. Jerry was raised and educated in Greeley.
On April 30, 1977, Jerry was united in marriage to Betty Bolsinger at the Greeley United Methodist Church in Greeley. Jerry worked as a welder for 30 years at EIP Manufacturing. He loved coon hunting and playing cards. Above all else, Jerry loved his family and spending time with them.
Survivors include his five children, Tereasa (Jon) Reth of Delhi, Terry Ingles of Greeley, Daniel Ingles of Greeley, Lisa Ingles of Manchester, and Steve Ingles of Colesburg; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Gary “Babe” (Penny) Ingles of Greeley; and many nieces and nephews.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Betty Ingles; son, Jesse Ingles; five, brothers, Richard, Kerry, Terry, Barry, and Larry Ingles; and two infant siblings.
