Kathey Ann (Stilley) Cavaliere

Kathey Ann Cavaliere, 80, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at her daughter’s home. She was born on July 20, 1944, in New Orleans, Louisiana, the daughter of James and Lillian (Husson) Stilley. Kathey graduated from high school in New Orleans and then attended Louisiana State to be a cardiac technician.

Kathey worked in cardiac catheterization labs in several different states and hospitals throughout the country. She enjoyed learning about Civil War history. Kathey embraced every opportunity to attend her grandchildren’s activities. She loved her family and cherished spending time with them.

Survivors include her two children, Ronald (Stefanie) Springer of Eagle, Nebraska, and Shea (Darryl) Putz of Manchester; four grandchildren, Jordan (Stevan) Pounders, Dallyn Putz, Jade (Riesse) Maurer, and Connar Springer; one great-grandchild, Trace Pounders; and her loyal support dog, Jazz.

Kathey was preceded in death by parents, and a sister, Esther (Carroll “Chick”) Lyttle.
