Kevin Bruce Callies

Kevin Bruce Callies, 73, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at his home in Manchester.  He was born on, July 17, 1951, in Waterloo, the son of Keith and Mary Janice (Smith) Callies. Kevin grew up in Manchester and was a 1969 graduate of West Delaware High School. He was then drafted into the United States Army and served honorably during the Vietnam War, spending several years there.

After his military service, Kevin worked at numerous jobs until finding his niche job as a truck driver. He enjoyed traveling the open road. In early 1980, Kevin moved to Colorado, the state he called home. There he had many adventures riding his motorcycle, horses, or just hiking through the Rockies.
