Kevin Lee Kellogg

Kevin Lee Kellogg, 75, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester. He was born on January 31, 1950, in Des Moines, the son of Bernard and Elinor (Sylvester) Kellogg. Kevin was raised in Manchester and was a 1968 graduate of Manchester High School. He then served in the United States Marine Corps.

Kevin worked at various jobs before being disabled. He and his lifelong partner, Jean Slavicek, enjoyed traveling together. Kevin also liked going to casinos and enjoyed working on cars.

Kevin is survived by his biological daughter, Gina Sebetka of Cedar Rapids; and several cousins, including special cousin, Russell Nading of Marion. He was preceded in death by his parents and many other family members.
