Patrice Marie Sage

Patrice Marie Sage, 50, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022, at Regional Family Medical in Manchester. She was born on January 22, 1972, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Linda Ropeke-Rathburn.  She attended West Delaware High School in Manchester.

In 1993, Patrice was married to John Sullivan.  One son was born to this union.  The couple later divorced. On August 28, 2007, Patrice was united in marriage to David Sage. Two children were born to this union. Patrice lived in Manchester and was a loving homemaker.

Patrice was an intelligent, dependable and loving wife, mother and friend. She was known for her audacious and bold personality, hair colors and tattoos. Patrice enjoyed trying new things, reading, music and concerts. She most enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends.

Survivors include her husband of 14 years, David Sage of Manchester; her three children, Justin (Emilie Hanaway) Sullivan of Independence, Zevon Sage and Lila “Luka” Sage, both of Manchester; two step-daughters, Jessie (Al) Sage-Beltran and Annie Sage, both of Washington; one granddaughter Juniper Sullivan; her parents-in-law, Doug and Kay Sage of Lamont; her aunt, Rose Haas; and her many friends.

Patrice was preceded in death by her mother; her grandparents, Raymond Voltz and Loretta “Grandma Lou” Voltz.
