Quincy Kay (Kluesner) Sekerka

Quincy Kay Sekerka (Kluesner), gained her angel wings on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, in her mommy’s arms at the Stead Family Children’s Hospital in Iowa City.  At five months old, she left a huge impact on everyone that met her with welcoming giggles and beautiful bright blue eyes. Quincy adored her big fur brother, Scotchy Boy, watching golf with Grandpa Brad, and being the light of her mom and dad’s life.

Quincy was born April 25, 2023, in Manchester, the daughter of Jacob Sekerka and Kayla Kluesner of Edgewood.

She will be sadly missed by her parents, Jacob Sekerka and Kayla Kluesner of Edgewood; her maternal grandparents, Brad and Jess Aulwes of Edgewood; and her paternal grandparents, Steven and Angela Sekerka of Texas, and Shannon Sekerka of Michigan.  Quincy was the light of her aunts’ and uncles’ lives: Jared Kluesner, Jacob Kluesner, Carter Aulwes, Lily Aulwes (Parker Rochford), Ella Aulwes, Claire Aulwes and Caleb Sekerka.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Chris and Bobbi Jo Kluesner.
