Roger J. Satterlee, Jr., 83, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at the Edgewood Convalescent Home in Edgewood. He was born on September 21, 1940, in Manchester, the son of Roger and Eileen Satterlee.
Roger owned the Best Cleaners in Manchester for many years. He worked for the Delaware County Sheriff's office as a jailer. Roger also drove school bus for the West Delaware School District.
