Scott Ray Ellis

Scott Ray Ellis, 65, of Montezuma, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at his home.  He was born on October 5, 1957, in Anamosa, the son of Raymond and Lorna (Prull) Ellis. Scott was raised and educated in the Manchester area and graduated from West Delaware High School in 1976.

After graduation Scott worked as a graphic director for Sig Manufacturing, Inc.  in Montezuma. Scott enjoyed playing golf and spending time with friends and family.

Survivors include his father, Ray Ellis of Manchester; his two brothers, Perry (Ruby) Ellis of Huntsville, Alabama, and Kevin (Alice) Ellis of Holmen, Wisconsin; and nine nieces and nephews.

Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Lorna Ellis in 2020; his paternal and maternal grandparents; and one niece, Kristen Johnson.
