Shelby Jo Ingles

Shelby Jo Ingles, 27, of Greeley, Iowa, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023, in Dubuque.  She was born on June 25, 1996, in Manchester, the daughter of Chantel Ingles and Timothy Jones. Shelby was raised in the Greeley area and was a 2014 graduate of Edgewood-Colesburg High School. She then attended Kirkwood Community College.

Shelby worked at a salvage yard in Dubuque.  She enjoyed dancing, fishing, playing cards and games. Shelby also enjoyed shopping and anything to do with the outdoors. She loved horseback riding. Shelby enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially her two children, Bowen and Waylon.

Survivors include her two children, Bowen and Waylon Ingles; her mother, Chantel Ingles of Greeley; her father, Tim Jones of Manchester; grandmother, Joanne Welsh of Greeley; grandfather, Ronald Ingles of Manchester; two uncles, Walt (Donna) Smith of Greeley and Tom (Marcia) Smith of Manchester; aunt, Lori Bolsinger of Manchester; and five cousins, Heather (Kyle) Yearous of Hiawatha, Tiffany (Jake) Smith of Manchester, Elizabeth (Jaysen) Moyer of Manchester, and Blake and Bryce Smith.

Shelby was preceded in death by grandfathers, Al Smith and Dale Welsh.
