Tina (Ramos) Meeker

Tina Meeker, 61, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, at her home. She was born on February 9, 1965, in Inglewood, California, the daughter of Richard and Nannette (Dutra) Ramos. Tina was raised and educated in California.

Tina was married to Joseph Meeker in 2001. They resided in Tennessee. Tina devoted her life to helping others and made it her life profession. She worked as an EMT in a hospital emergency department for many years.  Her dogs, Harley and Axel, were very special to her.

Survivors include her mother, Nannette Carper of Manchester; step children, Kalynn Meeker of Dixon and Joseph Meeker of Ohio; siblings, Franki Ramos of Manchester, Sarah Good of Tennessee, Jodi Morano of Tennessee, and Tammy Mestressat of California; half-sister, Rona Herslip of North Dakota; special niece who was like a daughter, Katie Cibelli of Idaho; and several other family members.                                                                                                                                   

Tina was preceded in death by her father; husband, Joseph; and step daughter, Karolynn Meeker.
