William "Bill" Howard Mastin, Jr.

William “Bill” Howard Mastin, Jr., 59, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at the Edgewood Convalescent Home in Edgewood, Iowa. He was born on December 23, 1964, in Dubuque, the son of William, Sr. and Carol (Bauer) Mastin. Bill was raised in Manchester and was a 1984 graduate of West Delaware High School.

For several years, Bill delivered the Manchester Press and Shopper. He enjoyed listening to music and watching football. His favorite tv game shows were “Wheel of Fortune”, “The Price is Right”, and “Jeopardy”. Bill’s family always said he was Google before Google existed. Bill loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Survivors include his siblings, Tom (Kathy) Mastin of Masonville, Anna Brade of Manchester, Linda (Joe) Buehner of Manchester, Mary Mastin of Manchester, Tim (Donna) Mastin of Manchester, and Shawn (Melanie) Mastin of Waterloo; sister-in-law, Trudy Mastin of Manchester; and many nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, James, in infancy, and Terry Mastin; a nephew, Josh Mastin; and brother-in-law, Randall Brade.
