Dear Kent - I just found that your mother has been gone about a year now. I had always thought I would come to her funeral, but I missed it. I went to visit her at the retirement home in Strawberry Point, but she had just been moved to McGregor. She was always so kind to me and the last time we spoke was probably 1981 at my step-grandmother's funeral dinner. She had some pretty special things to say to me that day that I have never forgotten. Please know I have always cared. - Connie
