Mildred Geraldean (Tindell) Ingles

Mildred Geraldean Ingles ,92, of Manchester, Iowa, formerly of Greeley, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester,  She was born on July 5, 1924, in  Graham, Iowa, the daughter of Howard and Elga (Welch) Tindell.  Mildred was raised in the area, and attended Clayton County rural school.

On March 2, 1946, Mildred was united in marriage to Donald “Butch” Ingles in Greeley.  Nine children were born to this union.   Butch died in June 1987. 

Mildred was a homemaker.  She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed kids and playing cards.

Survivors include three sons, Jerry (Betty) Ingles, Gary (Penny) Ingles, and Richard (Shari) Ingles all of Greeley;  and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald “Butch”; four sons, Kerry, Terry, Barry, and Larry, plus two infants; two sisters, Laura Sauerby and Beulah Brady; and a brother-in-law, Clair Brady.
